Where are you located?
We are on the corner of NW 11th Ave and Hoyt St, across the street from the ABBA coffee shop and Dianne apartments.
What are your store hours?
We’re open Sunday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Thursday to Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Do I need to make an appointment?
We gladly accept walk-ins! However, making an appointment can help us to provide personalized, guided time to assist you. If you prefer to schedule an appointment, just give us a call at (971) 888-5250.
Are your prices and promos in-store the same as what’s listed on your website?
Yes, all of our local prices are the same as our online pricing – including the promos advertised on our website.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have a 12 month, 0% deferred interest program through Synchrony Bank. The application process is swift and takes five to ten minutes to complete. You can complete the application at home on your device or in the store.
What is the advantage of coming into the showroom?

Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes, we do! One of the advantages of working with a local showroom is that we can help customize your delivery experience based on your needs.
Can I return my online order in-store?

Are you close to public transit?
The NW 11th and Glisan stop on the green MAX tram line is across the street, and NW 10th and Glisan stop on the pink MAX tram line is one block away. Many other bus and transit stops are within a five minute walk as well.
Do you have parking available for customers?
There is plenty of street parking and a pay by the hour lot next door to our building that is available on weekends.
Do you have any in-stock mattresses I can take home today?
We carry limited stock locally. For details on what models we currently carry for local pick up, please contact us directly at 310-271-1055.
Can I have items shipped to your store for pick up?
For bedding and pillows, we can have it shipped to our store. Anything larger than that cannot be shipped to our downtown Portland location.
